A comprehensive workshop document by M&C Saatchi and Ipsos offering guidance to ensure that social content outputs related to the campaign are effectively tracked and measured pre-, during and post-intervention. The Masterclass aims to integrate best practice social media monitoring methodologies with stakeholder engagement recommendations and data interpretation approaches. Grantees will be empowered to track ongoing success metrics, course-correct mid-flight and evaluate social media success in line with the overall campaign evaluation framework.
