

VaxSocial Evaluation Framework
This presentation introduces the Global MEL Framework for VaxSocial, developed by Ipsos and M&C Saatchi World Services as part of a comprehensive evaluation of social media-based interventions aimed at increasing vaccine confidence and uptake. The framework provides a robust system to monitor, evaluate, and learn from VaxSocial’s efforts, capturing real-time data to assess impact and performance. By exploring how, when, and why social media can drive behavior change within multichannel campaigns, the evaluation seeks to uncover critical success factors for translating online engagement into offline action and delivering cost-effective, impactful interventions.
